We are very pleased with the new gutters and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and knowlegable. Purchased a front door from Dream Home Remodeling Inc in 2006. Handwritten in the contract is lifetime warranty on all work, materials and labor. The double door finish is faded and damaged. The door has been replaced twice already due to the same finish problem. I contacted the company at the beginning of November regarding replacing the door.

However, the customer service was lacking a little. I had a hard time getting them to return my phone calls. We know veterans bring a unique set of skills to any workforce and any company would be lucky to have. So at DreamHome we strongly encourage veterans to inquire about a career with our company.
This is despite the fact that the contract with Dream Home specifically states that Dream Home would cover any service or replacement for life. It wasn't a huge amount but after talking to several folks with DreamHome they still are not honoring their contract and we had to pay to replace the 2 windows. I wasn't ready to spend $$ on a new roof so they offered me a "work now - pay later" up to a year without any interest.

I listened to the presentation and said no way they can do everything that they said they could or would do. I also admit that my attitude, facial expression, and body language reflected my skepticism yet the representative continued his presentation in a professional and respectful manner. He made sure that he explained clearly the quality of the materials the company recommended and used.

At first the finance company thought I needed to submit monthly payments but I contacted DreamHomes and they corrected it. I had a beautiful roof installed in May and still haven't given them a penny. Next April I'll pay in full with out any interest. Oh, did I say that they threw in gutters for free...well, they did.
New roof, gutters with gutter guards and sky lights were installed in three days. The project went better then expected and I never found a nail from the demo or installation process. Mike, Tony, and the team at Dream Home did a great job the first time and I'm expecting the same service this time.
